The old cpu is intel 4004 so the intel have more experience than ryzen .Intel new chips have more power than ryzen .If you are abought to make a coustumize pc for gaming so then you can choose amd ryzen 9 because it is powerful than intel i9 prossor .If you need a pc for normal work and low task you can go to intel because it is cheaper than ryzen.
